Open Skiff - World Championship 2024 - Arco ITA - Day 1

Large international fleets lined up at the start of the Open Skiff World Championships on Lake Garda yesterday. ----- The fleet is sailing in three age categories: In the U17 Fleet (86 participants), Federico Poli ITA leads with a 5-point lead over Hubert Staro POL. Océane Affolter SUI is the second best girl in 6th place. ----- In the U15 category, the largest with 186 participants, Ewan Brazle NZL won all three races in his group. Charles Ganivet FRA is one point behind in 2nd place, followed by Neela Chassot SUI in 58th place. ----- 49 participants compete in the U12 category, with Samuele Piantoni ITA in the lead with three race wins.
