The calm before the storm ! In the South Indian Ocean, the leading group was slowed down. ----- Charlie Dalin FRA ('Macif') is still in the lead, achieving just 10 knots. Sébastien Simon FRA ('Groupe Dubreuil)' 18 miles behind, has chosen a more southerly route crossing the flat zone. On the other hand, Yoann Richomme FRA ('Arkena-Paprec') and Thomas Ruyant FRA ('Vulnerable') have lost a lot in the north. It remains to be seen who will reach fresh winds first. After passing the Cape of Good Hope yesterday, the women's group with Justine Mettraux SUI ('Teamwork/Team SNEF') 10th, just one mile ahead of Samantha Davies GBR ('Initiatives Coeur'), Boris Herrmann GER ('Malizia') 5 miles back, and Clarisse Cremer FRA ('L'Occitane') 40 miles behind Herrmann is chasing the top group.
