The first sailing medals were awarded yesterday with the medal races in both skiff classes. With a start-to-finish victory in the Medal Race, Diego Botin/Florian Trittel ESP made everything clear and took gold. A month ago, the pair and their team had already won the annual Sail GP classification with a surprising victory in the final.
