The best Swiss athletes are ranked as follows: 43rd Tommaso Magnetti, 64th Ivan Salikov, 117th Aston Muntmark, and 130th Eric Thibault. ----- There was consistency however among the girls, where Uma Creixell BRA dominated the open championship and won by a 6-point margin ahead of the new European champion Maria De Lluc Bestard ESP without competing in the final race. Eleni Triantou GRE finished third, 30 points behind the winner, and grasped the silver medal at the European Championships. The bronze medal went to Ada Vera Tüfekçilerw TUR, who finished in 5th place.
