Winners of the intial races at the Finn World Masters in Skovshoved DEN yesterday were Michael Maier CZE, Vladimir Krutskikh RUS and Simon Percival GBR. The huge 213-boat Finn fleet, split in two groups, started to a first race in an intial 16-18kn breeze, slackening during the day, and only one group could complete the second race. The published ranking list is therefore not representative. ----- The official report of the day. ----- Important was the action of the Finn community present signing a call for the reinstatement of the Finn at the 2024 Olympics in Marseille as Sailing Illustrated reported.
