Next Saturday, the start to the Sydney-Hobart Race will be given. Already racing against the running clock is the super-maxi 'Etihead', that lost the mast during the overpass to Sydney. In the meantime, the spare mast of the 'Alfa Romeo' has been bought in France, but the 50 meter mast had to be cut in two pieces for the air cargo transport today. The cargo flight ends for the time being in Hongkong, but the transport space from there to Sydney has not yet been confirmed. At the very best, the shore crew will have 2-3 days left to rig the 'Ethihead'. The report.
