Yesterday it was blowing at up to 30 knots on the Mar Menor, both fleets were racing with the smallest kites (9 and 11 m2). Lauriane Nolot FRA again won all 3 races in her group and is now leading by 2 points ahead of Poëma Newland FRA. Jessie Kampman FRA continues to hold 3rd place. Elena Lengwiler SUI is still in top form, yesterday with places 1/3/4 among the best of the day. She moved up to 5th place and is already listed in the official report as a promising contender for one of the last Olympic nation starting places to be awarded at the Hyères World Cup. In the men's event, Max Maeder SGP continued his winning streak, Riccardo Pianosi ITA is still 2nd, 4 points behind, while Axel Mazella FRA, also with 3 race wins in his group, moved up to 3rd. In 29th place, Bruce Kessler SUI missed out on qualifying for the gold fleet of the top 25 by 8 points. Gian-Andrea Stragiotti SUI follows in 32nd place and is therefore 4th in the U19 classification, which is also led by Max Maeder SGP! All rankings and the daily report.
